Paella on a Monday?

My version

This is the 2 person version made on our paellera. All it needs now are a few beers from the fridge.

Paella is the traditional rice dish said to have been invented in this region. The Valencians are very proud of their recipe and exremely competitive. Families get together, at the weekend ,and give their advice on every step of the operation. During fiestas there are huge paellas made for all to share. In one of the local towns, Pucol, they have a competition for the best paella. The paella is made in the street by groups of friends and family. There are hundreds of fires up and down the centre of town. Quite a shock when you first see it!
