Timeshare include in price

This is a fabulous opportunity to have an annual holiday in fantastic area of Spain.

Our timeshare is in Club Tropicana in Nerja.
The owner pays to upkeep the property with an annual payment of 290 euros ( £230) approx.

There is a very nice clubhouse, next to the pool, which serves meals and there is usually entertainment in the evening.
The property consists of 1 bedroom , lounge, kitchen and bathroom. The lounge sleeps 2 more in a fold down bed. You can book it for any week of the year.

Every time we have gone we have had a property with a garden , sunbeds and barbecue.
